Reserve Bank of Fiji Approves Future Forests (Fiji) Limited Initial Public Offering

The Reserve Bank of Fiji has approved Fiji company, Future Forests (Fiji) Limited, to undertake an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Fiji.
In accordance with section 24 (1) of the Capital Markets Decree 2009, Future Forests (Fiji) Limited’s Prospectus was made effective from 27 June to 27 September 2011.
The exposure period for the Prospectus will end on 20 July 2011 and members of the public are invited to consider the information provided in the Prospectus.
The Offer period will open from 21 July – 19 August 2011.
